StricklyHR was launched in September 2021 by Katie Strickland after almost 20 years in Human Resources for companies with 30 to 400,000 employees. She has led multi-state HR teams, managed HR for global organizations, and been the inaugural HR Leader tasked with setting up the strategic function.
